Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact. Earrings and other pierced-jewelry items can't be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or as instant store wallet credit for Cash on Delivery orders.

Unworn rings can also be exchanged for a different size within the same 7-day window, free of charge — see our Size Guide for how to measure.

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number from the Contact Us page, or from Account -> Orders. We'll email you a prepaid return label and pickup instructions.
